2. Specialized Shipping to the USA

For our customers in the United States, we primarily utilize FedEx Express to ensure premium service.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is picked up by the courier.
  • Customs Clearance: Our team handles all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and hassle-free customs process.

3. Order Processing & QC Time

Before shipping, every watch undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days (includes timegrapher testing and high-res photo approval).
  • Your order will be dispatched immediately after you have given the “Green Light” (GL) on the QC photos.
