Will the package pass through customs safely? What if it gets seized?

For diving or swimming models (like the Submariner or Seamaster), we offer an optional deep-waterproofing service (up to 3-5 ATM) done by our in-house watchmakers before shipping to ensure maximum protection.
Do you offer a warranty? How do you handle repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-Year Movement Warranty. If your watch experiences any mechanical issues under normal wear within one year, we will provide replacement parts for free or cover local repair costs up to a certain amount. We also have partner service centers in key regions to handle long-term maintenance.
